SAO remains steadfast in its mission, burning brightly despite facing numerous hurdles and organizational challenges. Fueled by a strong sense of commitment and passion, SAO strives to keep the flame of love and hope alive within the hearts of those it serves.
This fiscal year, SAO also affirms its desire to be ablaze, to stay fervent in one’s dedication, serving with wholehearted devotion. To keep a hope-filled outlook, to maintain resilience during hard times, and to be persistent in prayer and service. The projects and initiatives SAO has undertaken this year seemed small and insignificant against the grand scheme of community development work and its enormous and complex needs. But like ‘little pieces’ of light, persistent, penetrating, dispersing darkness and gloom, SAO’s flame and influence continue to warm and illuminate the path for children, families, and communities under her care.
A line from a familiar children song, “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine,” echoes SAO’s unwavering commitment to keeping its flame burning brightly for years to come as the Lord wills for His honor.
